The Axial Work™ Symbol:

The design concept was "creation." Showing the evolution of progress, it resembles both an arrowhead--one of the earliest forms of weaponry people have created, and a fountain pen nib--what we used modernly as civilized people.

"AW" written vertically outlines the outer edges, it represents the creation of objects going from a 2-dimensional plane to the 3-dimensional space along the Z-axis (or Y-axis in some instances), starting from the hollow area in the centre origin point.
