1/50 T-70 Fighter engine exhaust & cannon upgrades

Upgrade parts for the 1/50 (Level 2) T-70 kit by Revell. Includes new engine exhausts with internal detail and upgrades for the laser cannons: the "heat sink" connecting the barrel and cannon housing, the "C"-shaped detail at the gun tip and the end piece at the rear end of the cannon housing. Installation of the cannon parts requires modification of the kit parts and use of 1 mm and 2 mm brass/aluminium telescopic tubing for the gun barrels.
One print includes 8 copies of each part to have some extras as parts can easily be damaged when being removed from the "sprue". With 8 copies of each part two kits can be upgraded.

Start by cutting the base plate apart with a sharp knife to seperate the parts. Each part is connected to the base plate by a tube. Trim this tube with a Dremel tool or something similar until only a small lip is left. Remove this lip by pressing a slowly rotating a drill bit against it (do this by hand). Conduct each step carefully in order to not damage the parts.
