Product Description
Pintadera: Canary Islands aboriginal motif.
The Pintaderas are stamps produced by the aborigines from the Canary Islands, preferably made from earthenware or wood in some cases. Nowadays many are preserved from archaeological sites. The aboriginals had a special feeling for geometrical shapes and repetitions based on the number 12 by the solar calendar. This collection is a personal offer, adapting these incredible works of art to a more modern, clean and pure vision, away from the artisanal concept which is usually attributed to them.
