Elna Air Electronic Spool Pin Sleeve

The Achiles heel of the Elna Air Electronic sewing machines are the plastic sleeves that holds the spool pins in place. While the spool pins themselves and spring clips are still available from spare parts suppliers, the plastic sleeves have become unobtanium. These are 3d-printed replacements.

I recommend printing this in Smooth Fine Detail Plastic. If you like, White Natural Versatile Plastic also works, and looks closer to the original, but you may need to drill out the center hole and/or sand it smooth to fit in the top of the machine.

Note: This is for the Elna air series of machines. Someone else has a similar product for the Lotus. The two are likely not compatible.
