Product Description
A 1990 British Aerospace concept for a STOVL/VSTOL fighter. This aircraft was designed to be manned, but with no windows/glass canopy. It was instead supposed to use some kind of "synthetic display" or array of cameras that would improve stealth characteristics and protect the pilot from what was thought to be the threat of blinding from Soviet laser weapons. It had a rear exhaust for conventional flight, and 2 rear nozzles (hot) plus one front (cold) for vertical flight.
