Product Description
This is a reproduction of an ancient egyptian cat ring from the 3rd intermediate period, c. 2700 years old, showing a mother cat with two kittens.
The original ring had the cats and the block they are sitting on as a cut carnelian, but as those are prone to breaking, I figured that a full metal version would withstand more modern wear and tear.
The cats on the ring have a few "friends" which look a tiny bit different in my shop :-)
Note: As the ring has a weird "horseshoe"-shape with quite a bit of space at the top inside of the ring, I recommend ordering one of the inexpensive plastic versions (versatile or fine detail plastic) if you want to check the sizing before ordering a version in a more expensive material.
