Adopted in 1934 as the main service rifle of the Wehrmacht, the Karabiner 98 Kurtz (Kar98K) is a bolt action rifle chambered in 7.92x57mm Mauser. Although supplemented by semi- and fully automatic rifles during World War II, it remained the primary German service rifle until the end of the war in 1945. This rifle can be equiped with a bayonet, a suppressor or a grenade launcher on barrel, optic can be mount on receiver such as the ZF39, or the the ZF41.
Despite that the Kar98k was intend to be replaced by the StG44 at the end of the war, it remained the primary service weapon of Wehrmacht until the last days of the war, and 14.600.000 rifle was manufactured until the surrender in May 1945.
