Product Description
The design of the face of this wheels came directly from the original, and then streched in diameter and depth to the larger 2.2 size. The barrel dimensions are identical to Tamiya 4wd Star Dish buggy wheels 54681 & 54682 / 53089 & 53086. Six strengthening ribs were added to the interior for rigidity. The Rear wheels can be found by clicking HERE.
Accepts 12mm hex adapter only, not the original three pin adapters.
When fitting these wheels or any 12mm hex wheels to the Thundershot chassis, a 4 to 4.5mm thickness hex will give the proper thread length for the wheel nut.
These wheels will mount the common and popular 2.2 buggy style tires.
Rear wheels will fit the front of a Thundershot if desired.
