Linear Bearing, Recirc Ball, 8020 1" Extrd

DESIGNED TO BE AN ADD-ON FOR 1" 8020 ALUMINUM EXTRUSION TO MAKE A LINEAR BALL BEARING. REQUIRES 5/16" OR 8mm BALL BEARINGS, AIR SOFT BBS WOULD ALSO LIKELY WORK. YOU WILL NEED FOUR OF THESE FOR ONE FULL SET FOR ONE RAIL. YOU WILL ALSO NEED A CROSS BAR THAT COULD EASILY BE MADE OUT OF SHEET MATERIAL (NOT WORTH PRINTING) I WILL INCLUDE DETAILS ABOUT RAIL LENGTH AND PLATE HOLE ARRANGEMENT AS I COME OT THEM.

Update:

I have a set that was printed for me and i must say they are very nice. A few minor things though. the printed threads were nice but i still ran a tap though them to clean them up. i changed the scaling of the thread (pitch is fine only radial scaling) and cut a bit more out of the minor dia. i also had a flaw in my path logic for the balls to move though. this cause a slight hicup on the transition to the load surface. This was rectified and should no longer be an issue. i have a simplified version i plan to have a done on an fdm machine to test out the concept again.
