Product Description
This model is an upgrade the engine components on the 1/144 Dragon EA-6B Prowler.
Unlike my F-14 wings these parts are not a direct replacement. The exhaust nozzle will fit in the kit location, but best fit is achieved from cutting the back of the opening out. The intake fan location on the kit is closed and requires the careful removal using a dremel tool or exacto type hobby knife.
The attached photos of the fitted intake nozzle are of the same model printed on my personal resin based 3D printer. The shapeways model will retain the same shape, have slightly sharper detail and appear a whitish trasnlucent.
I suspect, but cannot confirm yet that these parts will also work on the Dragon A-6 Intruder.
