Ajna, (Third Eye Chakra) is the sixth primary chakra within Hinduism and Buddhism traditions. In Sanskrit (the classical language of India), Ajna means command, referring to the higher understanding and wisdom that guide us in our lives. Anja represents the centre of gravity and wisdom, and is believed to be linked to perception, awareness and spiritual communication. Ajna is associated with the dimension of light, and signifies the subconscious mind, the direct link to Brahman (supreme existence or absolute reality).
