Missile Cruiser Dzerzhinsky (Never Were), 1/1800

This  is an never were upgrade of the Dzerzhinsky in an imaginative scenario where the Cold War was imminently turning into a world war. On a losing naval arm race, the Soviets might modify more existing ships with missiles to cope with naval threats from US supercarrier groups, and the Sverdlov class benefits from a large hull for easier upgrade. Almost all guns were removed from these ships and instead a full array of missiles were installed including the Moskit, the Shipwreck, and the S-300.
