1/35 30.5cm Howitzer Rifled Barrel

1/35th Scale replacement barrel for 30.5cm Morser Heavy Howitzer. Some research of historical photos and kit reviews showed that the kit barrel had a few shortcomings. This model of the replacement barrel aims (pun intended) to accurize the barrel. I have included barrel rifling with a twist to it. It has the correct number of riflings and is of the correct depth. Kit barrel is three parts, with the top part rifled only about a third of the way down. This part is rifled the entire length of the part as per historic photos. Enough said. Those of you in the know will want this part. Those of you who are really in the know will show me up and send me historical records showing what I did wrong SO I CAN CORRECT the part. I believe it is 90% correct but would love to make it as close to 100% as possible given the limitations of printing. Keep building. Model on!!
