A slight modification based on the earlier Arm Communicator (https://www.shapeways.com/product/FU7BZFC8E/transformers-arm-communicator?optionId=137776562&li=shop-inventory) - this version comes with the Decepticon flavor for the other side!
Mainly a communicator terminal with a screen, this piece comes with a peg which allows it to be affixed unto the the arm of any transforrmers which come with 5mm peg hole on the top of their forearm. An decepticon insignia on the back let you know without a doubt which Transformers faction this belongs too.
