The only model of the Martin XB-51 in 6 mm scale. Originally designated XA-45, this was one of the most advanced aircraft designs of its time. Changing requirements led to selection of the English Electric Canberra bomber (built by Martin as the B-57) for its mission. The B-51 was faster, but the Canberra had greater endurance and could maneuver better around ground targets. The models come two to a set, one in flight and one with landing gear, RATO units, and a variant tail.
