200 HO USA 4 Bolt 24 " Joint Bars Codes 83-100

This sprue contains 200 USA 24 inch long joint bars with 4 bolts.

These 3D printed model joint bars when glued to the side of the web of HO Code 83 or 100 rail do not interfere with NMRA RP25/110 and RP25/88 wheel flanges.

The joint bars have been tested for fit on Shinohara Code 83, Micro Engineering Code 83 and Peco Code 83 track. The joint bars also fit Code 100 due to the larger chairs/dog spikes taking more of the available rail web (tested on Peco Code 100).

The easiest way to glue the bars in place is to take a toothpick and add a small piece of sticky 'Blu Tac' to the end, use this to pick up a joint bar, apply a tiny amount of ACC Super Glue to the rail web with a toothpick and use another clean toothpick to hold the bar in place so that you can remove the toothpick with the 'Blu Tac'.
