Product Description
Holds two GoPro Hero5 Session cameras, oriented with an 80° offset, for producing panoramas with a total 200° horizontal field of view. The cameras are stacked vertically with the center of each lens aligned, for minimum parallax error. This allows automated stitching of videos that include both far and near-ish objects with little or no seams.
Has a 1/4" hole suitable for a standard 1/4"-20 tripod screw, with room for a 7/16" nut to be placed (and rotated) on top.
With the bottom camera inserted upside down, side holes provide access to both capture buttons, the ability to open the side door, and the menu button on the rear of each camera.
This rig was designed for filming inside of a car. It has not been tested in a rough environment (e.g. mounted on a bike). Depending on the print material, it's possible that it will break under rigorous shaking.
