This is the same basic shim as http://shpws.me/MjMA which is designed to adapt a K-Edge Garmin/Combo mounts http://k-edge.com/shop/computer-mounts/garmin-computer-mounts/garmin-xl-mount/ from 31.8mm handlebars to 26mm.
This differs from http://shpws.me/MjMA in that it is slightly narrower which is a good match for the older style 2 bolt clamps made by K-Edge, http://shpws.me/MjMA is designed for the newer hinged clamp.
