Product Description
Car Sides for Pullman Plan 4092 - 6-1-4 sleeper. These cars were rebuilt in 1940 from 10-2 Pullman cars for use on Santa Fe's "California Limited". These were the heaviest pullman cars ever built, weighing in at 95 tons. As delivered, they came in Pullman Green, but were repainted in Santa Fe's two-tone gray paint scheme in the early 1950s.
