Bronze Boat Nails

These Bronze Boat Nails conform to the shape of traditional boat nails: shaft of rectangualr cross section tapering in one direction, a wide waist and neck flaring out in one direction, and a stout rounded head.  Each of these features is important and they combine to give boat nails their tremendous holding power - all of these features are retained.
Cut two kerfs in your moulding board to accomodate the portions of the heads that stick above the parting line.  Casting this way eliminates the need to cope down to the parting line.
