A 24th scale Navigation Light that is fitted to a board, these were used on late model Elco PT Boats. This is the port side version. These boards sat at the side of the radio room roof and a life raft sat between them. The light can be made of transparent plastic and it has a hole through the back into the lens area so that it can have a miniature LED fitted As it's the Port Side Light the lens should be be painted red with a translucent paint (the rest can be painted to match the superstructure. Many boats were given names which were often painted on these boards.
