Pendant of smooth bronze sword c.1200BCE

One of the most striking things about bronze artefacts is how unblemished they seem by the passage of ages, especially when contrasted with their later, iron counterparts. Their seeming immunity to decay creates a sense of timelessness that calls out to be displayed as jewellery.


Here is my second recreation of ancient work in this most modern medium. Styled after swords of the second millenium BCE, rendered for you in the second millenium CE. This version features a concave gradient in the blade and decorative studs.
