HO/OO SR flatbed Spoked Bachmann

This model is based off of the SR Flatbed/flatcar which was heavily featured in the Tugs and Thomas & Friends television series.  This model takes the underframe of a standard SR 25-ton "Pillbox" Brake Van, and converts it into a flatbed/flatcar.  The difference between this version of the model and my earlier release is that this model includes the spokes to hold loads on the wagon.  The spokes are very thin and may break in transit.  I have done my best to prevent this by making the spokes as thick as possible, without making it look to different from the original model in Thomas & Friends.  This iteration of the model features the international hook and loop coupling system, including the hooks.  All this model needs to be ready to run is a set of either Hornby 14.1mm or HO 38" wheels.
