This listing is for one Resin Bowl Housing that is fully compatible with ReTech Metal Bowl Inserts!
These housings have yet to be tested, but the metal insert should theoretically fit perfectly in this housing.
These resin housings are usually playable right out of the box. If it so happens that the encoders feel stiff, you can drill out the little holes in the "side arms" with a 1.6mm drill bit.
Definitely add some superlube to the notches that the "gears" sit in as well.
A *teeny tiny* dab of grease on the holes that hold the encoders can also help encoder movement, but be careful not to get any grease near the microscopic rectangular holes in the encoders as this will cause drifting during gameplay.
I believe this resin is very close to the same resin that BrewStix uses for their bowls. It does work, but drilled OEM and drilled and tweaked KB housings are smoother and more durable.
You may not need to tweak certain things at all. If the parts fit well and move smoothly, don't mess with them. (If it ain't broke, don't fix it.)
