Product Description
This is my favorite version of the Mark 3 Tamper, I call it the Mark 3.5, because it is similar in appearance to the Mark 4, including general cab design, front access platform, and laser buggy and trolley system. I assume this is a rebuild offered by Harsco. Protoypes exist for CSX, Conrail, and at least one private contractor.
