89 Foot Rail Whale N Scale

For the first time since the long-gone Atlas 1970s releases, Low Bridge Studios announces the "Rail Whale" 16-wheel whale belly tank car! Based on UTLX 83699 (the first of its kind), these huge tankers saw limited service between the 1960s and the 1980s...but they are so cool, feel free to run them in whatever era you model! Trucks/wheels not included (I recommend MT roller bearing trucks w/ short extension couplers as well as a pair of MT trucks without couplers for the inner wheelsets). Assembly is simple...but be sure to use a Micro-Trains shim washer on top of each wheelset so the couplers clear the end platforms. Also, add weight to the center section and cement in place.
