Product Description
This is a spacer, you can use to replace the rubber bushing in the FZX upper triple clamp.
Attention, you will need a press to remove the rubber bushing!
You will need to use 4 of these parts to install them with the risers to the triple clamp.
Yes, I am aware, that this is expensive - that is why I made the stl model available to download, if you want to make that part on a turning machine - which I would actually recommend over buying them here.
Dont buy it, unless you desparately want to replace the rubber bushing with a 3D printed part, have no turning machine at hand and have lots of money to spare.
Dimensions:
Flange outer diameter: 31mm,
Flange thickness: 2.5mm,
Spacer outer diameter: 25mm,
Spacer inner diameter: 10mm, (should probably be 10.2mm)
Spacer length: 10mm (can also be longer, but sould not exceed 15mm)
Just slap some chamfer on the part, and you are good to go
The part is somewhat structurally important and bears quite a loat - that is why it is here not available in plastic.
However, here comes my disclaimer:
This is not an original Yamaha part - it is an aftermarket part. And obviously it is not tested or certified in any way for road legality (where aplicable), so use at your own risk!
