An RhB (Rhatische Bahn) style buffer stop to fit standard N gauge track (as used for Kato Glacier Express).
This version has increased height to allow a coupler (e.g. Arnold Rapido) to pass under the buffer bar.
The buffer needs to be glued to the track.
