Seated Sekhmet statue in the style of those created under Amenhotep III (ca 1388-1350 BC). Reportedly sculpted to appease the goddess and help him heal, Amenhotep ordered over 600 Sekhmet statues created, and they now reside in museums worldwide, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Louvre.
This is the smaller rendering of this model, measuring at 9.8 cm (just under 4 inches) in height. See also my slightly larger version, if interested. Model is hollow.
