Product Description
The original prototypes for this were made on a FDM 3D printer using ABS. Running a 7/16" drill thru the mounting bore was absolutely necessary on the FDM part and .136 drill thru the cross hole, on the strong and flexible nylon made by shapeways the holes may be large enough without using the drills, however drilling may still be necessary. The strong and flexible material will have the benefit of having much fewer internal imperfections and a smoother finish.
