The Klingon cleave ship was an ancient Klingon vessel of which two were still in service during the 23rd century. They had a disposable, massive blade constituting the majority of the bottom of the vessel.
One ship destroyed the USS Europa (NCC-1648) at the battle of the Binary Stars in 2256, but was in turn destroyed by an anti-matter collapse of the latter's warp core.
