Tools to help cut out and form a tarpaulin sheet and bend a wire sheet support rail to add to a Mill Lane Sidings / 2mm Scale Association / N-gauge Society kit built shock open wagon. The same as the HighOpen_Tools but to fit the slightly shorter wagon body. UPDATE 11th Jan 2015 like the high, pulled the corners back by 1mm to fit more neatly at the corners while leaving the overall length the same to fit the bar.
