Product Description
This is a specialized laser sight mount adapter for the Steyr AUG airsoft electronic gun (AEG). Newer version of the Steyr AUG has a Picatinny rail on top. The rail either extends forward over the barrel or is replaceable to do so.
Using this adapter, you can mount a laser sight to the bottom of the Picatinny rail, over the barrel. Thus, the laser sight is inline with the barrel axis, but out of the way from other accessories. In addition, you can change the AUG external barrel quite easily without affecting the laser sight.
This adapter works with any laser sight that has a 14mm diamater body. The following laser sights, available on Amazon, will work with this adapter:

You will also need a #6-32x1.25" screw, a #6-32 nut, a #4-40x0.5" screw, and a #4-40 nut to fasten this tri-rail to the barrel. The screw and nut are not included, but can be easily sourced from your local hardware store (e.g. Home Depot, Lowes, etc.).
Airsoft equipment used for illustration of this AUG Laser Mount Adapter are not included.
WARNING: Although you can use this mount adapter on your real firearm, we have never tested it on a real firearms before. We do not know if the firearm heat/recoil will or will not damage it or the object(s) you will fasten to it. Use it with real firearms at your own risk.
