Herschell helicopter with raised tubs less track

This is my version of the Herschell kiddie helicopter carnival ride.  This version has florescent tubes on the center and id designed to have the sweeps inserted into the center in the raised position.  The center has a .25 inch axle with a base that can act as a bearing so the model can be motorized. I have not added the track to this model to save money.  It can easily be made of sheet goods .
