Garmin Varia Emonda Post Mount - Danymony2012

Overview
This mount is a custom design request and currently still marked as prototype until the design has been verified. It allows you to attach your Garmin Varia RCT715 radar camera/light to a Trek Emonda seat post for a fully integrated and aero installation.

The mount has been designed for a separate Garmin interface, not supplied, to be screwed in place. This allows greater flexibility on the types and orientation of devices that it can be used with.

​Application
Follow the below procedure to mount your Varia to your Trek Emonda seat post:

1. ​Insert your Garmin interface into the mount and screw together from the back of the mount. Just 2x M3x6mm screws, not supplied, are sufficient.
2. Position on your Trek Emonda seat post and secure with 2x rubber o-rings, not supplied.
3. A rubber gasket or double sided tape can be added to the recess on the contacting face of the mount should it be required to prevent the mount from slipping.
4. A loop for a lanyard/tether has been added to the mount for extra security.

The below hardware is not supplied but very simple to source locally:

• 2x M3x6mm cap screws.
• 1x Garmin OEM interface.
• 2x rubber o-rings.
