Lightsaber 12mm Switch Mount & Power Jack

  Great for customization! This is a switch mount that will fit any Lightsaber hilts with an approximate 35mm-42mm OD.(Ultrasabers, Graflex, 1.5" Sink tube, etc.) If your hilt has a smaller O.D. (Saberforge, MHS parts, etc.) you will have to modify the mount. If you print it in plastic it will bend and flex around it but if you print it out of metal you will have to hammer or compress it to fit somehow.
  It holds a 12mm switch and a 2.1mm recharge port. The hole for the recharge port must be tapped with a 5/16-32 tap or drilled out bigger for the recharge port to fit. You can also install 2 accent leds on the side. (5.75mm holes) I left pilot holes in various places so it can be mounted with screws to the Lightsaber hilt. Have fun!
