A brutal combination of the ubiquitous chainsword and the ancient technology of putting a slab of metal between the bearer and the person trying to kill them, the Chainshield is a decidedly rare weapon amongst the arsenal of mankind. This varient features a mouth with sharpenned teeth, closing around a plain orb, front and centre to declare exactly who the bearer behind the shield is!
The Right-handed Chainshield (Angry Maw design) is designed to be compatible with 28mm heroic scale miniatures, particularly those of a more technologically advanced design, and could represent a variety of weapons and shield options. They are available only from White Wyvern Designs as individual parts (Small) or sets of 5 (Medium), 10 (Large) or 20 (Extra Large).
Chainshields (Angry Maw design) are also available in a Left-handed format, and sets are available entirely for one version or as a mixed set.
