Product Description
The Destroyer Escorts of the St. Laurent class were the first larger warships that were launched in Canada after the Second World War. Soon the elegant ships got the nickname "Cadillac Destroyer". The HMCS St. Laurent was put into service in October 1955. In 1964 it was converted to a DDH with a Sea-King anti-submarine helicopter. In 1974 the St. Laurent was put out of service and served as a spare part donor until it was sold in 1980. In tow to the Texas scraper the St. Laurent sank in the same year from Cape Hatteras.
The model can be built with an open or closed Limbo well. 1 model.

Im Schlepp zum texanischen Abwracker versank die St. Laurent im gleichen Jahr von Kap Hatteras.
