Project 11990, 1/2400

After the proposed project 1293 was abandoned, the Soviet Navy thought of a AA/ASW focused alternative known as Project 11990/1199.0 as a carrier escort. There were two variants of the proposal, and this represents the more Anti-Ship orientated variant with the Moskit missile aft.

Eventually the project was delayed to give ways for the Ulyanovsk carrier in the Ukraine shipyards, and was cancelled with the dissolution of the USSR.

Due to limited sources of information, a multitude of artistic licenses were taken making the details of the ship.
