1:6 scale of Zero Suit Samus Paralyzer gun, a.k.a Emergency gun, from the Metroid serie.
Copyright of the "Paralyzer gun" design and concept from the "Metroid" serie belongs to Nintendo. I only claim copyright over my own work (3D model) and resulting artworks. This is a fan-made personal project, and I am in no way associated with Nintendo.
This is a scaled down and adjusted version of my 1:1 scale Paralyzer model, which you can see some examples of on my personal website:

The original was modelled off of official Metroid:Other M artworks, and later updated using Super Smash Bros WiiU in-game screenshots. This scaled-downed version was slightly adjusted to compensate for the printing process limitations (minimum material thickness), but is otherwise identical in details to the 1:1 life-size scale version.
I recommend the highest detailled plastic material available (smoothest fine detail plastic at time of writing, but Shapeways loves to change available materials and material's names all the time and mess up with seller's sanity, so I don't bother keeping up with their downgrades/constant changes anymore). I'll leave Versatile plastic as a slightly cheaper option as well, however please note I do not recommend it for such a small and detailled item, and it's meant to be printed in high detail plastic.
Sadly Shapeways does not allow printing of weapon-like object of anything bigger than about 10cm (yes, for Shapeways a sci-fi videogame prop is considered a "weapon"...). If you're interested in a 1:1 prop, read the bottom of the following page, and then feel free to contact me if still interested:
