KWC UZI adjustable gas flow loading nozzle

I designed an adjustable flow variant of the KWC mini uzi loading nozzle. With this, you can fine tune the amount of gas which power your airsoft gun.IT WILL REGULATE BOTH THE MUZZLE ENERGY AND THE RECOIL! You need two M4x3mm grub screws as regulators.

There are two kinds of output valves on the magazines, one with a tiny hole in it, and one without that small hole (which is the same as the KWC sigma40F output valve). The latter will let out significantly more gas (i.e. high flow). With this loading nozzle you will be able to use both of these output valves and set the gas flow so that FPS/recoil/wear and tear is the same. You will have the option the INCREASE/DECREASE RECOIL and FIRE RATE compared to the factory state.

It is compatible with fps reducer rocket valve solutions which are already on the market, like this one.

The loading nozzle will only fit v2 KWC mini uzis (produced from 2011, firing from an open bolt)

I chose PA 11 as the default material because it is more impact resistant than PA 12.

Please pay attention that the adjusting screws cannot protrude too much on the outside surface. After adjusting, check if the nozzle is moving freely. The left side screw can protrude a little more than the right one.
