Scale: 7mm O, 1:43.5
Gauge: 14mm (exact for 2ft)
Requires KB Scale 10.5mm wheels and 20mm x 1.5mm pin point axles to complete.

Due to the limitation/tolerences for the printing/casting process the tip ofthe bearing holes may need to be opened a bit with a 0.5mm drill. It may also help to blunten the ends of the pin point axles.
Remove the coupling pins and axle boxes from the top of the wagon body. File smooth taking care not to damage the stiffening plates.
Carefully trim the axle box sprues back to the top of the springs.
Paint the body, axleboxes and coupling pins.
Do a trial fit of the wheelsets and axle boxes against the body. The back of the axlebox should sit against the horn guides with no appreciable looseness of the axles. The wheels ahould spin freely. Drill out the axle boxes and/or blunten the axles as needed.
Use a gel type superglue to fix the axleboxes in place. Make sure the top of the springs are against the underside of the body.
