Atom Sabers Even Piell RM Proffie Chassis P1

Chassis for the AtomSabers Master EP (Even Piell) hilts.
This is a removable battery design. The battery tabs required are the type shown in the link below:

For this chassis you will also require P2, P3 & P4 of the design.

This chassis is designed for use with:
-Proffie Board
-Two metal 4x4x1.5mm SMD tactile switches
-KR Sabers 22mm Bass speaker
-16650 Lithium Ion Battery
-High Amp 1.3mm recharge port
-High Amp Kill Switch
-Shtok neopixel PCB connector set (most likely requires sanding down on the outside diameter)
-Shtok Short Pin Hilt side LED PCB (most likely requires sanding down on the outside diameter) 

When installing the blade side PCB holder inside the hilt, if uses the brass decor screw on the hilt to retain it. Do not over tighten this screw otherwise you could risk breaking the PCB holder. Just turn it until you feel if grab the pcb holder.
If you are struggling to get the battery tabs in to the chassis, I recommend heating them up with a clean soldering iron as you insert them. It also helps the plastic form around the tabs to grab them even more.
The recharge port and kill switch requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
The switches require gluing to the chassis are being wired up. 
Since there is not room inside this hilt for my usual board retention design, there is a groove for 5mm Kapton tape to retain the board
