This is a simulated model of the early human kidney - part art and part science! The model shows the beautiful branching geometry of the kidney. I study this to learn more about kidney congenital diseases, which are incredibly common and poorly understood. Medium is 4.3 cm tall, Large is 8.5 cm tall.
