GW 9' Plate Frame Bogie (Hornby-Airfix Fit) For use with Brass Bearings
00 Gauge, 1:76, 4mm/Foot
This is an alternative to the Collett bogies fitted to the outside framed Siphon G (to create a Diagram O11 in earlier condition) originally produced by Airfix, then later by Mainline, Dapol and Hornby and is designed to use the original wheels and pivot pin with brass bearings* (not supplied)
For an even smoother ride I would recommend replacing the wheels with Romford. Hornby or Bachmann 14mm diameter coach wheels.
Please note the detail in the middle can be fragile but if broken can be superglued back into place.
*This has been designed to use the 2mm "Top Hat" bearings but the shoulderless variety can be used.

1 Bogie frame print. These are sold singly to allow customers to by an individual bogie should they require replacements.
