R/C Rally / Drift Car Side Mirror (2 pairs)

This is a universal side mirror designed for use on 190mm and 200mm touring car bodies, but could be used on any r/c model. 

Unlike the popular, fragile drift accessory mirrors, these parts were designed to withstand the jumps, roll-overs and side impacts that come with running your r/c off-road or in parking lots.  The simple shape was based on the low profile side mirror designs used on real World Rally cars.  The back side of the mirror features a small recessed section for the reflector.

This item includes a parts tree with two left and two right mirrors to outfit two bodies or have a set of spares. 

PAINTING / BUILD
I painted my mirrors using a sponge brush and black acrylic model paint.  I cut aluminum tape and used tweesers to apply this to the reflector area for a realistic look.

MOUNTING
These solid parts can be attached to most bodies using double sided tape (like VHB) or a single small self tapping screw.  I used a small square of VHB to mount each mirror.  If screws are used make sure to use a large washer or doubler plate (not included) on the inside of the body to prevent the body from cracking in a side impact.
