FZX carb cover LH

Left hand carb cover for Yamaha FZX - modified 3D scan from brand new Yamaha part number  1UF-14417-00

The laser sintered material (SLS PA) is more flexible than the original ABS Yamaha used, but made (considering the strength) a good enough impression for me. After all, the part is just a cosmetic cover and not a structural part.

The part was 3D scanned from a brand new 1UF-14417-00 part and modified in a 3D modeling program:
1) The mesh was removed and a new modeled mesh was added.
2) The included plastic mesh is attached with 8 domes - each 1mm in diameter. If you want to have the original chromed metal mesh instead, you can cut the 8 platic domes, that connect the mesh to the main part and install the original mesh (or any metal mesh with the right (stock) dimensions) with the original starlocks at the outer domes (see pictures)

On the inside are a few artifacts from the scanning and 3D modelling process but the visible surface should be good.
