Grab Arm for the MPC 1/72 Eagle with The Exiles capsule
This is a very special upgrade for our MPC 1/72 Eagle, a grab arm as seen on the Exiles episode.
But I've included too the capsule that they have to capture with the grab arm.
I've designed the arm and the capsule screen accurate at the max, with the right proportions and dimensions for the 1/72 Eagle.
You can buy it in Fine Detail Plastic, that has a very smooth surface and great detail, or in Multi Jet PA12 Nylon plastic, that's cheaper than the Fine Plastic but has a slightly rough surface with a good detail.
The Grab arm is articulated; I've split the two sections of the arm in order to make it movable. You will need to add a 2 mm diameter metal rod in the joint. The gripper is not movable.
To install it on the Eagle you will need to make a hole on the landing gear front left pod and use a 1 mm metal rod to fix the arm to the pod. The fixing grab arm shaft is drilled in order to put the 1 mm metal rod inside.
In this product you will receive 3 -three- parts: the grab arm split in two parts and one "Exiles" capsule.
All the parts are on sprues; remove before flight!
