Product Description
A commission piece, this scratch aid provides the shape and main details of the tender for Liverpool and Manchester Railway locomotive No. 57 ‘Lion’, star of the film ‘The Titfield Thunderbolt’. Originating as a jumbo-ised N Gauge engine, it has been suitably altered to be scale for O Gauge. Importantly, it is only intended as a scratch aid: a chassis will have to be created by the builder and some details added (such as handrails – holes provided). The matching locomotive is also available.
