Threading Core for Cannula-Wire-Loop

No Accessories included (neither Sealing/ O-Ring, nor Loop Holder, nor Cannulas, nor Wire nor the smooth-surfaced threading notch )   -   You get Your new smooth-surfaced threading notch after 3D-Printing.

This tool is a cannula holder, a threading aid and an assembly stand in one and makes it easy to create a wireloop:
1.) by threading the fine wire ends into thin cannulas. After fixing the wire ends with light-curing composite
2.) it helps to insert the wireloop-cannula-combination into one of two re/autoclavable loop holder variants: single-use or multi-use. Now the mounted cannula-wire loop combination is protected from damage too, i.e. kinking or slipping out of the wire loop. The complete set can be removed from the tool, the wire is wound up and clamped  unter the sealing ring (multi-use loop holder) respective clamped unter the cannula and hung unter the hook (single-use loop holder).
By welding each prepared wireloop set into sterile packaging and autoclaving them, they can be stored until use.

In preparation for the exercise, the multifunctional loop holder is on the one hand an assembly aid on the fragment remover handle "Csögör" or "FragRemover" (R) and protects the loop from slipping out of the cannula until needed. On the other hand, it is an instrument for trimming the loop and for bending the cannula to match the treatment area. And if the wire loop should break or if you want to change to a different wire size, you will not lose any time: You can even put the first loop back into the first holder and re-/ assemble a new loop from the next loop holder - within just 10 seconds! This well thought-out system supports your ergonomic, relaxed and fast work - even in difficult cases.
If you do not order the loop holder, please hang a paper clip in the needle-wire loop combination. This prevents the wire loop from being drawn into the cannula due to the required wire tension during assembly on the handle.
